Fenchurch Law was founded by City-based professional negligence and insurance specialists David Pryce and Rob Fink, together with a group of like minded individuals with an absolute commitment to providing high quality customised legal services.

We have experience of every aspect of the dispute resolution and insurance claims processes. As well as being specialist professional negligence and insurance solicitors, our team includes partners who have worked as commercial underwriters, as claims handlers for insurance companies, and as insurance brokers.

Our knowledge of the insurance market means that at Fenchurch Law we understand the reasons why, how, and when professional negligence and insurance claims settle, and when a claim needs to be fought all the way to trial.

Whereas other solicitors may undertake a range of dispute resolution work, we handle only professional negligence and insurance disputes. This allows us to maintain a level of focus and expertise that is un-matched in the Claimant market.
