Our search requires that we are committed to constant innovation. To support that commitment every member of our team is encouraged to spend up to 15% of their time on projects of their own choosing. Those projects could include anything from implementing better systems for measuring customer satisfaction, to developing new IT solutions to support our clients, to developing bespoke alternative dispute resolution solutions for disputes between policyholders and insurers.
