Alex Rosenfield, a senior associate at Fenchurch Law, will be presenting a webinar on 15 November on the above topic.
Alex will provide a refresher of the key principles under the Insurance Act 2015 (“the Act”), which include the scope of an Insured’s Duty of Fair Presentation, the remedies available to an Insurer where that duty is breached, and the changes to warranties and other conditions.
Alex will also review some of the key cases decided under the Act, as well as identifying the key issues which remain to be decided.

Alex is a senior associate in the Financial & Professional Risks Group of Fenchurch Law.
Alex Rosenfield has a solid grounding in coverage disputes, with experience including professional indemnity claims, property damage and business interruption. Alex joined Fenchurch Law in 2017 from Elborne Mitchell, a busy litigation practice in the heart of the London insurance market. He trained with BPS Law in Manchester, specialising in policyholder coverage work.
