Insurance Litigation Solicitor Newly Qualified-3 Years PQE
London Office
Fenchurch Law is looking for an Associate (NQ-3 years PQE) to join its experienced insurance coverage team in its London Office.
This is a great opportunity to develop a specialism in this niche field of work, joining a market leading dispute resolution team.
The role will involve a broad range of commercial coverage disputes across a variety of products and sectors. There will be plenty of opportunity to develop and carve out your own area of expertise as the firm grows.
We are seeking candidates with a background in insurance, either in private practice or from an in-house role in the industry (such as claims, underwriting or placing). Either way you must be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the insurance market; candidates will have good academics and will ideally have trained at an established insurance practice; candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of contentious policy coverage disputes including litigation and arbitration, as well as various forms of ADR.
The right candidate will be highly driven, technically excellent, and will be creative when it comes to building the business.
To be considered for this role please send your CV along with a short covering letter directly to Donna Baldwin, our Practice Director donna.baldwin@fenchurchlaw.co.uk
Due to the volume of applications we receive, we aren’t able to give status updates, but if you are invited for an interview, you will generally be contacted within 2 weeks of submitting your application by our Practice Director donna.baldwin@fenchurchlaw.co.uk
