How employees view Fenchurch Law

“Very collegiate and rewarding atmosphere and the firm makes you feel valued.”

“Fenchurch Law employs a great team of highly skilled professionals providing a high end quality service to their Clients; with a well organised Management team which shares information and communicates with staff; and supported by an excellent Operations team.”

“Enjoy the autonomy + accountability approach and the firm consciously goes out of its way to create a positive work environment for employees.”

“It’s a great place to work, true to its values and somewhere you can thrive and are encouraged to do so.”

“The firm cares deeply about my progression as a lawyer, as well as my wellbeing out of the office. I’m thriving as a result of the support I’ve been given to hone my legal skills, and to cultivate/develop relationships with introducers of work”.

“Brilliant place to work. Everyone who works at the firm is friendly and approachable. I love the firms values and believe that they stick to them.”

“Fenchurch Law is, by a comfortable distance, the best law firm I’ve worked with. I said ‘worked with’ deliberately, as I feel like an equal. If I were ever to leave (which I have no desire to do), it would be a step backwards. I can’t imagine working anywhere else.”

“Friendly, welcoming and consists of team players.”
